		    The Hollows Search and
Rescue Team has five ranks, each with its own responsibilities and
		requirements:
		Team Leader:
This rank is held by our
founder, Matthew "Beta-1" Strak and is not attainable.
		Field Leader:
		A field
leader is an experienced S&R Specialist that has been with the team for
at least three months, and is active at least once a week.
		S&R Specialist:
		S&R
Specialists are Controllers or Defenders that have reached at least
level 20, making them capable of moving about the Hollows safely. They
have fly, giving them a birds-eye view of the zone and allowing them to
effectively patrol for emergencies. They also have at least one power
capable of healing wounded heroes, as well as a "rez" power, capable of
reviving a knocked-out conrad. They can teleport stranded heroes out of
The Hollows or to their mission locations. Finally, S&R Specialists have
a "buff" power set, such as Force Fields or Empathy
		Teleport Specialist:
		Teleport
Specialists are at least level 20, making them capable of moving about
The Hollows safely. They have at least one "vertical travel power"
including Fly, Teleport, or Super Jump, allowing them to traverse The
Hollows. Most importantly, they can teleport stranded heroes out of The
Hollows or to their mission locations.
		Recruit:
		Recruits
can teleport stranded heroes out of The Hollows, but are not yet
powerful enough to travel the Hollows safely, or they do not have a
vertical travel power, making traversing areas like Grendal's Gulch
		difficult and/or impractical.
If you meet the requirements for one of the above positions, operate on the
Virtue Server, and want to join the team, send an e-mail with your Heroe's name,
level, and powers to
